摘要:
用昆明人口、经济、城市用地和交通等四项紧凑度指标测度2006、2009、2012、2015 和2017年城市紧凑度发展现状。对比分析测度结果可知:昆明市整体紧凑度不高,在独特的高原山地条件限制下,可发展空间较高;城市中心区紧凑度较高,可利用建设用地有限;各项测度指标值呈现出城市中心区远大于整个市域,说明城市资源过度集中于城市核心区,造成周边区域发展推动力不足,出现一定程度的无序蔓延;受高原山地条件和生态环境影响,形成中心城区“带状式”一主一副中心发展模式,周边山地区域“散点蛙跳式”的建设布局,城市紧凑度整体不高,各建设区域紧凑度逐年提高。昆明应当提高城市中心区土地开发强度,盘活存量土地;城市边缘区内心式填充开发建设;划定城市增长边界,限制城市蔓延,在边界以内提高土地利用混合度和开发潜力。
Abstract:
The study takes Kunming, a plateau mountain city, as an example, and it selects four compactness indicators ofpopulation, economy, urban land and transportation to measure the development status of urban compactness in 2006, 2009,2012, 2015 and 2017. The results of comparative analysis show that: Kunming’s overall compactness is not high. Under theunique conditions of the plateau mountain situaton, the development space is high; The urban central area is relatively compact,and the available construction land is limited; The values of various measurement indicators show that the central area of the cityis much larger than the entire city area, indicating that the urban resources are excessively concentrated in the core area of thecity, resulting in insufficient development driving force in the surrounding areas and a certain degree of disorderly spread; 4Influenced by the plateau mountainous conditions and ecological environment, a “belt-like” central development model has beenformed in the central urban area. The “scattered frog leaping” construction layout in the surrounding mountainous areas hasresulted in low urban compactness as a whole, and the compactness of each construction area has increased year by year. Inresponse to the above problems, trying to make the following suggestions: to improve the intensity of land development in urbancentral areas, to revitalize the stock of land; The development of heart-filled construction in urban fringe; It is to delineate urbangrowth boundaries, limiting urban sprawl, and increasing land use mix and development potential within the boundaries.
