摘要:
 慢行交通“以人为本”“以慢为先”和“以净为轴”的特点折射着深刻的生态文明价值旨趣,
构成了生态文明建设的重要内容。福州市当前城市慢行交通建设中存在着人车矛盾突出、慢行设施欠缺以及
快慢交通衔接不足等问题,当然也具备着广泛的行为基础、美丽的自然生态、丰富的人文元素以及明晰的政
策导向等有利条件。今后福州市在建设慢行交通的过程中,应该在基本理念上做到更加人性化、在具体规划
上做到更加体系化、在政策引导上做到更加精细化以及在主体参与上做到更加公众化。
Abstract:
 The slow traffic is a kind of green traffic that uses slow travel such as walking and cycling as the main body of
the urban traffic. The characteristics of “putting people first”, “taking slow first” and “taking clean as the axis” of slow traffic
reflect the profound Value connotation of the ecological civilization, which constitutes an important content of the ecological
civilization construction. In the case of Fuzhou city, there are some problems in the construction of slow traffic in the city, such
as outstanding contradiction between people and cars, lack of slow traffic facilities and lack of fast and slow traffic connection.
Of course, it also has a wide range of basic activities, beautiful natural ecology, rich humanistic elements and clear policy
guidance and other favorable conditions. In the future, in the process of constructing slow-moving traffic, Fuzhou should be
more humanized in basic concepts, more systematic in specific planning, more refined in policy guidance, and more public in
subject participation.
