摘要:
 城市增长边界(UGB)是当代学者探索遏制城镇空间盲目拓展的手段之一,有利于保护城市生
态安全,优化城镇空间格局。目前,UGB 已在我国大中城市广泛实践,UGB 的划定方法已成为研究的重要
内容。在城乡用地规划中,将PREE 系统评价理论用于划定UGB,通过城镇PREE 系统耦合协调度的空间呈
现,一定程度上可以改善传统UGB 划定方法中目标偏限制轻重组、指标偏生态轻社会、预测偏理想轻变化
等问题,促进UGB 划定方法的平衡性。
Abstract:
 The Urban Growth Boundary is a contemporary scholars who explore the one of the means of curbing urban
space expands blindly, conducive to the protection of the urban ecological security, to optimize the urban space structure. At
present the UGB has been widely practiced in large and medium-sized cities in China, and the delimitation method of UGB has
become an important part of the research. For the target partial limit light restructuring traditional UGB delimit method and
index of partial ecological problem such as light society, it predicts partial ideal light changes. This article puts forward to urban
and rural land as the carrier, the introduction of UGB delimit the PREE system evaluation method, by means of the town space
of PREE system coupling coordination degree, it draws UGB line, taking stone beach town of Chengdu as an example it is
simulated, it aims to provide reference for UGB delimit method and using for reference.
