 通过模拟城建比、人均排污量及地表径流等不同的边界条件,对黄浦江上游水源地城市建设用地及人口规模进行预测,分析研究黄浦江上游一级、二级及准水源地及周边城镇发展现状,建议调整黄浦江上游水源地保护区用地结构,建立黄浦江上游水源地保护区产业准入制度,建立水源地保护区城镇管理平台。
Abstract:
 According to the current development and construction of the large urban water source in the protected areas, taking the upper reaches of the Huangpu River in Shanghai as an example, this research analyzes the current situation of the first, second and quasi - water sources and the surrounding towns in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River. Based on the different boundary conditions such as the urban construction ratio, per capita emission and surface runoff, this research forecasts the size of urban construction land use and population of the upper reaches of the Huangpu River, and it made the recommendations of the land use structure, industrial access and construction management platform of the upper reaches of the Huangpu River.
