摘要:
科技是文化产业发展的核心支撑和重要引擎,是文化产业“走出去”内容和服务生产、传播的重要载体。湖南把文化“走出去”作为文化强省战略的重要方向,“走出去”保持较快增长。但与发达国家相比,文化产品与服务技术水平存在一定距离,湖南文化产业集团国际竞争力有待提升。为此,须加强技术创新,打造“走出去”文化品牌;加强体制机制创新,促进“走出去”能力提升;加强金融创新,服务科技型文化“走出去”企业。
Abstract:
The view of science and technology is the support and important engine of the development of the cultural industry. It is also cultural industry “going out” content and service production, dissemination of the important carrier. Compared with developed countries, the products and services technology level of Hunan Culture Industry have certain distance, and the cultural industry group’s international competitiveness needs to be improved. So, Hunan Culture Industry should strengthen technological innovation and create cultural brand; Hunan Culture Industry should strengthen institutional innovation to promote the “going out” ability; Hunan Culture Industry should strength financial innovation and service enterprises of science and technology.
